Standard Australian shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Flat rate of $10.00
We use compostable, eco friendly postage parcels for all our shipping

Return & Exchange Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange

Please fill out the return/exchange form and email to contact@boneyardsclothing.com (see below)

We offer refunds to the original form of payment for returned orders

Returns are at the buyers expense unless faulty

Items must be received in original condition - unworn & unwashed. Items must be free from stains and scents e.g. makeup, animal hair, perfume. Please take care when trying on to not damage or stain the item/s. If your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.

Please email contact@bonyardsclothing.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

Fill out return form - You can access the return form here

Email above form to contact@boneyardsclothing.com with "Return - Order number" as subject

Post item to: 53-55 Cane Street, Redland Bay, QLD, 4165.

Postage is at buyers expense unless proven faulty

Place the item/s you‘re returning into the parcel with your filled out Returns Form and seal it up securely!

Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address (see above).

Once your parcel has been delivered to our postal address, it may take additional time to reach our Returns Depot. Upon arriving at our depot, your return should be processed within 1-2 business days.
